Catch-all Emails in Shared Hosting
If you host a domain on our cloud platform and you have a shared hosting account, you’ll be able to activate the catch-all feature for any mailbox that you create under the domain name. The Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section comes with quite a lot of features, but it’s stunningly intuitive, so setting up a catch-all mailbox takes just a single click. All the email addresses that you’ve created will be listed in this section in alphabetical order and you will just need to click the "Catch-all" button associated with the concrete email address. Our system will warn you if there is already another catch-all mailbox enabled for that domain or if the one that you want to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either deactivate the latter feature or pick another mailbox. Deactivating the catch-all feature is just as simple and takes one more click on the very same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
A catch-all address can be created with a couple of clicks of the mouse in case you have a Linux semi-dedicated package with us. The semi-dedicated hosting account will be managed via our in-house created Hepsia Control Panel and you’ll be able to set up mailboxes using any domain name hosted there. To activate the catch-all feature for a mailbox, you will need to click on the icon with the exact same name, which will be to the right of each email address. Deactivating this functionality can be done in the same way and will not take more than a click either. In case the catch-all option has already been activated for a given domain, you will receive a warning notification. The same is valid if the mailbox that you want to be a catch-all one has email forwarding enabled, as our system will never disable or alter anything automatically.
